去年看到《Sunshine on Leith》這部電影時小狄還想台灣大概不會引進，因為在台灣「The Proclaimers」的樂迷可能不多吧，看到中文譯名《愛在陽光燦爛時》也沒想到原來就是《Sunshine on Leith》，差一點就要錯過這部好片了！先不管你是不是「The Proclaimers」的樂迷，超級經典的《I`m Gonna Be (500 Miles)》你有沒有聽過呢？這是一首讓人走在路上邊聽會忍不住想要飛起來，在車上聽就會讓人想要踩油門(HIMYM後遺症)的好歌！

《愛在陽光燦爛時》

蘇格蘭雙胞胎兄弟Charlie和Craig Reid所組成的樂團「The Proclaimers」是蘇格蘭最知名的樂團之一。就像之前的《媽媽咪呀！（Mamma Mia）》用ABBA的曲子串起整部電影，《愛在陽光燦爛時》裡的歌曲全部都取自「The Proclaimers」的音樂，就連電影名稱也是來自於同名曲，Leith是兄弟兩人的故鄉，位於愛丁堡北方的港口城市。

《愛在陽光燦爛時》改編自同名的音樂劇，故事以愛丁堡為背景，家鄉對同袍摯友Davy(George MacKay)和Ally (Kevin Guthrie)來說，是最為遙不可及的美夢。當兩人從阿富汗役畢返回愛丁堡時，他們努力適應所謂的平凡，學習如何在戰場以外的地方過生活，並且面對日常的大小問題。不過浪漫和喜悅也環繞他們身邊，Davy瘋狂地愛上Yvonne (Antonia Thomas)、Ally則準備和Davy的妹妹Liz (Freya Mavor)求婚；而他們的父母Rab (Peter Mullan)和 Jean (Jane Horrocks)也正忙著準備慶祝結婚25周年紀念日。

正當一切順利的進行著，Rab卻收到一封神秘的信件，封存著多年前他所鑄下的過錯，未料秘密竟然意外在銀婚派對上曝光，三對戀人的關係因為爆發的真相而岌岌可危。他們是否會就此勞燕分飛？或是能在彼此的歌聲中，找到最適合自己的答案。
